APPLE TV 4TH GEN WILL BE LAUNCHED TOMORROW IN INDIA

In India, Apple fans where eagerly waiting for the 4th-generation Apple TV, which was showcased back in September along with the 2015 Apple iPhones and iPad. However, it now seems that the wait is about to end. Going by the latest reports, the Cupertino giant might launch the 4th-generation TV in Indian market tomorrow at a price of Rs 13,500 for 32GB variant and Rs 17,900 for the 64GB storage variant.
Unlike the previous generation Apple TVs, the 4th-generation Apple TV runs a platform of its own called TV OS, a nomenclature taken from the Apple Watch's watchOS. It is about twice the height of the last iteration but not much wider at 1.4 x 3.9 x 3.9 inches/35 x 98 x 98mm. At the back is a standard 10/100BASE-T Ethernet, an HDMI 1.4 port and USB-C ports. The new edition brings Siri to the TV and a new Remote Control with Glass Touch surface. The new remote control includes menu play/pause and volume buttons as well as a glass touchpad. You can use it as a controller for playing games and it can last for up to three months on a full charge. It also has a dedicated Siri button that can be used to give commands to the TV for a number of functions.
The latest edition is slimmer than the predecessor and is backed by Apple's 64-bit A8 processor and for the first time brings the wealth and power of the Apple App Store in your living room. Besides, the new Apple TV features split-screen functionality that allows you to have two different channels running side-by-side
