If you've been eagerly Waiting for Google's new Android phones, the Nexus 5X and the Nexus 6P, we have big news to give you. Though both phones are listed to order through the India Google Play Store but you would have to head to Amazon India to get your hands on the Nexus 5X and for the Nexus 6P you will have to wait till first week of November.
The Nexus 5X, which is made by LG, is available in Ice Blue, Quartz White and Carbon Black colors . The 16GB variant of Nexus 5X will be available for Rs. 31,900 for the 16GB internal storage variant, while the 32GB variant will be priced at Rs. 35,900.
The pre-order for both phones started on October 13 and they were to start retailing from October 21. Huawei has now shared that the interested users will have to wait a bit longer.
In a statement, P. Sanjeev, Vice President Sales, Huawei & Honor India - Consumer Business Group said, "Our supply chain is working on priority to fulfill the demand and the smartphones will be shipped out in batches. The first batch of the smartphone will be available in India starting first week of November. We are working closely with Flipkart and our retail partners on the availability of the smartphones to the Nexus 6P fans".
Only the 64GB version of the Nexus 6P is currently available to order, and you can get the Huawei-manufactured smartphone in Aluminium or Graphite for $999 - 32GB and 128GB versions of the 6P are still listed as 'coming soon'.
Both handsets come pre-installed with the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow firmware and are described by Google as 'the ultimate Android experience'.
Nexus 6P was launched at a price Rs 39,999 for 32GB and Rs 42,999 for 64 GB and it will be available in two colors options - Aluminum (Silver) and Graphite (Black) in India.
